2012 Cross Country Season

Hi all
Once again we had another nice day for what is an emotional day for many members of our club. It was fantastic to see so many people turn up (65 in the 8k and 4k race, including 56 in the 8k - a record, and another 51 in the U6 - U12 age groups) to honour and remember Benita.
Thanks to Ronnie for marking the new course. It was quite a tough course.

Next week we have our Front and Back Markers 5k at Sparrow Oval. This will be a combined run with other clubs and all events will still be done as handicaps .1.30pm start for juniors.

Club Training
The club is restarting some training nights from the clubrooms. The runs will be for runners of all capabilities and we will do two packs if possible and initially will run a set course
